Hey guys, I have a quick question that I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with. I need to figure out how to disable USB devices from sleeping in Ubuntu. Now, I'm not talking about USB Hard Drives. I need to figure out how to stop USB Keyboards and Mice from sleeping, since when I wake up my machine, it once and a while will not function and give an error in dmesg that it was "Unable to enumerate [insert keyboard name]". It says that several times before giving up. Either solving the enumerating problem or helping me turn off USB sleep all together would be great. It doesn't happen when the user is logged in. Only at the login screen, because I have disabled sleep when a user is logged in. Thanks in advance.

Ubuntu 10.04

Either I need an option to restart the service that controls usbhid or need to disable sleep mode to keep them from going dead. Anyone?
