Hi all ,
I am facing an issue at the the time of booting my system. it is in Dual boot(Windows XP + Ubuntu 10.04)
When I select Ubuntu , the following message is coming
Ubuntu is running in Low Graphics mode.
Your screen , graphics card ,and input setting could not be detected correctly. You need to configure these yourself.
When i start Ubuntu in low graphics mode , then show deskop icon is not there. Monitor is not detected.
System -> Preferences-> Windows showing error
(Cannot start the preferences application for your window manager
Failed to execute child process "obconf" (No such file or directory)
System -> Preferences-> Monitors
Monitor : Unknown
I am new to ubuntu. So please help me in this issue.
