can i install wubi ubuntu 10.04 desktop edition on my "E" drive?

i have win 7 ultimate running (32bit) on intel core 2 duo (64 bit) laptop.i have downloaded 32 bit version of ubuntu 10.04 and the wubi today. my win is running on C drive (primery partition). i have not enough space in c drive. can i install ubuntu in E drive ?
Ps: i am completely new to Linux.:(

Wubi is installed in C; Drive of windows as a folder using grub4dos as boot and the host being windows in file system. Okay to learn on, needs more ram to get job done. Easily replaced for beginner. Do not have to mess with partitioning program. Answer 2 questions hit install. But do need a Windows as a host.
