dock bar x

i has adding things to dock bar x and i don't know what i did but when i open something i get two icons of the same thing and trying to fix it now i get three icons of what ever i open not particularly troubling but really annoying , i've look in preference and found nothing...please someone....:)

sorry,this morning i just uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it was back to normal but if it happens again i'll make sure to post a screenshot ,thnx anyways ....:guitar:
