Seeing as CSS is, at present, more helpful to me than C (as I do freelance web design work and dislike using WYSIWYGs) I think I'll start back with learning it and put off C for a little while. Does anyone know of a good book or guide to get started with? Preferably a free one...

"C" is a programming language whereas "CSS" is used for "cascading stylesheet" used for formatting a webpage in website...they both are not used for similar purpose....

and to practise without actualy creating an html file use the TryIt editor:
http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_intro

i love w3 schools, i learned HTML from w3 schools when i was 9 and board in my 4th grade computer class, then javascript and css later until i got board with the web and actually learned a real programming language(c++):P
