uninstall error

when i try to uninstall Ubuntu with Wubi this pup-up
an error occurred:

premission denied removing C:\ubuntu\install\boot\initrd.lz

when i run in root:
Could not open location 'file:///home/kjo/'/media/Ubuntu%2010.04.1%20LTS%20i386/wubi.exe''

Error stating file '/home/kjo/'/media/Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS i386/wubi.exe'': No such file or directory
