Users with differents timezone in the same server

Hi,

How can I set differents timezone for each user?

Users connect to ubuntu 10.04 server with freenx from different time zones and I'd like they see their right time. Now they only see the server time.

the users have to set the TZ environment variable to values suitable to their needs.

It was the first I've tryed and doesn't work on Ubuntu 10.04 gnome...
