Hi
I have an dell inspiron t9400 and was trying to install from the usb drive. i have tried to install ubuntu before using wubi but it ended up killing my system.I just got the system up and running about a month back and it works fine in windows. How can i uninstall this previous version.
Do i need to uninstall this version before installing the latest one?
i have created unformatted disk space by using the windows disk management utility that came with the os.
When i try to install from the usb drive and select install to hard disk it doesnt do anything at all.
I am complete noob to ubuntu at the moment..and i have tried looking on the forums for this found some stuff about fixing the mbr using a windows boot cd is that what i need to do to remove the earlier failed install?

Thanks
c

You can remove the Wubi install by going to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and uninstalling it like any other program:
