I was told from #Ubuntu to visit here for my question/help needed.
I have been running the NBR for about 2-3 weeks now with ZERO problems. I recently just did this little quirk to it (thought it would be cool, I'm new to linux and I find ALL of these type things such as terminal to be awesome!), it's from LifeHacker: http://lifehacker.com/5625725/open-the-gnome-applications-menu-with-the-windows-key . After that, I had to restart my computer for some reason (think it was lagging up), and now when I boot up, it does this: It first shows my wallpaper, then a white screen, then my wallpaper with an "X" as the cursor and the top bar. It goes between those constantly, pausing on each for about 5 seconds. I "logged out" and logged in to GNOME and it works fine. I Just would like some help getting my normal NBR working again. The guy in #Ubuntu said that it was probably that thing from LH messing up my GNOME config(?).
Anyway, any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

EDIT: Just restarted to the Ubuntu Remix Edition and it booted up but there is NO Top Bar anymore, I can't click anything such as WiFi and so-forth.
