What is it, exactly? If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'm talking about the place that the windows disappear to when you minimize them. See screen shot.

It's a kinda confusing way to word the question...

I interperted it as:

What program or service makes a panel display the windows currently on your desktop, minimized or not?

Not that I know the answer to the question, though I posted just to tell you that you should think about rewording that question.
