Depend on what you mean with equivalent, but foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/) has a similar interface and is fast and versatile.

That works really well to.
I remember someone in a screenshot thread months and months ago,
had that up, and someone asked about it,
So I installed it, and was pretty impressed.
good stuff cmus is. :KS
not sure on a windows equivalent tho. lol
foobar2000 does seem like the best bet probably
