i have installed ubuntu 10.10 alpha 3 and i wanted to install beagle search,i have searched and searched i tried the old edgy way but it didnt work.

any suggestions?

10.10 is in beta now, so if you have applied all bugfixes, then your machine is also in beta.

For what it's worth, I find recoll far superior to both tracker and beagle.
