Error while trying to install

Hey,
So I'm trying to install Ubuntu on my laptop for Windows Vista. I chose the one on the website that they recommend to use for windows, but whenever I try to install it, I get this error saying "Cannot download the metalink and the therefore the ISO." Can someone please help me!?

are u using wubi???

if you are then just download wubi from http://wubi-installer.org/ and then run it in admin mode...and then it will download and install ubuntu...

if you have already downloaded the iso then just extract it in a folder...

run wubi.exe

fill in all the details and then it will start installing ubuntu from the files you have already downloaded rather than downloading it again....

Yes I'm using Wubi.
Can I just extract the files into any folder? I created a folder called Wubi.exe and extracted the files into it, but I still get the same error when I try to download it.
