Try loading kubuntu.org (http://kubuntu.org/)

All I get is a message saying OK.

Please state that the bug affects you if you experience this issue.

Got that , then clicked on refresh and the main site popped up.

is often useful. but yea, it didnt come up initially for me either. DNS issues perhaps?

All i get is the text "ok" in black but then it shows when i click refresh
