dual screens - screen saver only goes 3/4 way across in tile mode

WINDOWS7 64Bit - Dual monitors work great. I read that I could get a screen saver (wall paper) to span across both monitors by selecting TILE, I did it Great, but not completly across, only 3/4 aways across. Thats only half way across my 2nd monitor. how do I Get this to go all the way across? (this is driving me nuts!)
