Hello:

I've been trying very unsuccessfully to get lm-sensors to work with my Asus P7P55D-E Deluxe Hybrid motherboard. It sports an Intel i7 Quadcore processor. Here is a link to everything that is in the computer:

Pretty much I'd like to do the sensors and get the turbo-v working. Does anyone know how to do this? The important thing is the sensors.

I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 (10.4 had to many bugs at present).

Thanks in advanced!

Does no one have a solution to this problem?

Have you had any success? I just got myself the same MB with a i5 760 CPU, running Ubuntu 10.10. I do get readings out-of-the-box, but I don't trust the CPU temp reading. Issuing "sensors" from the terminal gives a CPU temp of 38.0C, which is the same as from RingSensors screenlet. Then Sensors screenlet gives 61.5C. My concern is that all these readings are absolutely constant, they won't budge no matter what stresstests I throw at the CPU.
I saw your post on a few different forums (no solutions, though :( ), and I'm hoping you've found an answer on one of them...
