Hello,
I'm a bit curious as to why the GNOME panel items are the way they are.
On my current set-up, here's what each is displaying:
Indicator Applet (0.3.7)
Volume
Received IM message (and email?) indicators
Indicator Applet Session (0.3.7)
IM status / account manager
Desktop session manager (hibernate, shut down etc.)
Notification Area (2.30.2)
Wireless network status
Application activity (VLC, Spark IM client etc.)
To be honest, I just don't see the logic. Are we free to post grouping suggestions?
