I'm not exactly sure what that means. and after some googling I found out it's called google instant. I think it's pretty cool but could get annoying

I was wondering when this thread would show, up. my self? i kind of like it, but am still getting used to it, if you don't like it at least Google lets you turn it off.

Because you didn't know it was called "Instant Search" it's understandable you didn't find any threads talking about it (provided you did a search).

But, it has been talked about since the 9th, here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1570555).

It's not just Firefox, it does the same in Chrome and I assume almost any other browser. I think it's annoying, distracting and actually slows searches down for me anyway.
