A great open source app for serious accounting and ERP

Just wanted to share info about a really good open source app for serious accounting and ERP that works well on Ubuntu. I have been implementing for various clients, and using it for my own company. The program is know as xtuple postboks, and has been number one in terms of downloads on source forge:

As far as I understand this Postbooks is a more than complete replacement for Quickbooks, including such things as payroll and retail point of sale. is FLOSS and runs on GNU / Linux, Windows and Mac.

Furthermore as the business grows the software can also meet the business needs. This is excellent.
