Hello,
My question should by quiet simple. I have 3 monitors using xinerama, I want to set up a VNC server that would host an individual 4th screen that I cannot access from my 3 monitors. Essentially a new session. (I don't know if xinerama does screen 0.0, 0.1, 0.2 screen setups or if its all 0.0 ). The one thing though is that this 4th screen must be a custom size. (like 800x600 for example)
I would like to VNC into a nice fitting resolution for my eee-pc as well as my iPhone . Please don't get on me about that, I have used VNC in very useful situations on my iphone ;).
Bonus points: Tell me how I can send VNC through a tunnel via port 22 (one of the only ports open on our network) and any comments on why this may be bad, non-efficient or slow :D. This is more for knowledge than actual practice
