Cannot connect to freenode

I attempted connect to freenode a few minutes ago and I get this ten times:



[15:19] [Info] Looking for server chat.us.freenode.net:6667...
[15:19] [Info] Server found, connecting...
[15:19] [Error] Connection to Server chat.us.freenode.net lost: connection actively refused. Trying to reconnect.


Then this:


[15:20] [Info] Waiting for 2 minutes before another reconnection attempt...


I don't spam, in fact I don't even usually talk. Why am I not connecting?

They are having some troubles right now. Keep trying, the conections are opening and closing at random times.
