Anyone know how to upgrade to Ubuntu Studio from Ubuntu 10.10 Beta?

As the title says, I am running Ubuntu 10.10 Beta and want to try out Ubuntu Studio. Is there anyway to upgrade from where I am without losing my data? I don't care too much about losing applications, but I would like to keep my Downloads and Documents.

You should have a separate /home partition to keep your data safe.
