UNR menu goofed with a non-UNR theme change

A user tried a non-UNR theme on their netbook. After they installed it, they realized that it didn't work and it was installed.

However, now the UNR menu is messed up.

Any ideas how to return the UNR desktop to it's full capability (without losing all the menu items) ?
