prevent idle script

Hi,
I need a script to prevent the laptop becoming idle, because if I don't move the mouse a few seconds everything stops. I tried everything so please don't ask about the problem.
There is such a script or someone can create one for me?

Why not ask? This seems like a severe issue. Though the only thing I can think of is to right click the gnome-panel, add the "Inhibit Applet", and click it to disable power saving.
