Hi,
I recently installed 10.04 on my PC, and this is my first time using Linux. Everything is ok, except for the resolution. All the images on my screen look squished!
I have an Asus VW193D monitor, and an SiS 771/671 PCIE graphics card. I set the right resolution for the monitor which is 1280 x 1024, and also installed the right graphics driver. Still no change! It also says that it can't detect my monitor.
Anyone ever had this problem? Would very much appreciate the help.
