Anyways I was mass removing items from software manager and I removed CRDA, now the machine won't boot. Any advice/instructions? I'm on a 10.04 installation and don't want to reinstall.

So I thought I would boot to the 10.04 live disk and try to fix this problem.

How would I go about reinstalling CRDA wireless regulatory framework from the live disk onto the installation partition?

Thanks for the help.

Lars

i'm wondering if i can use some sort of apt-get command and point it where the files should go? anyone know how i would go about solving this problem? it seems i just need to get the crda package back on the non-booting partition.

thanks,
