Help with installing VMware on 10.4

Okay guys, im fully new to this so here goes...

Iv set up Ubuntu, to the best on my ability.. its going really well.
What I now would like todo is know how to get this virtual machine program, and how to get it to install windows, iv heard about it.. and seen it done and would like to know how i do it, so does anyone have the patience to help me??

Hello i suggest that you go with virtual box it's open source and i use it on my 10.04 also good luck :)
Don't install it from synaptic it contain bugs install from the official website link below
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
PS:Double clicking on deb package will install it and you should add to your /etc/apt/sources.list text the following line :
deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian lucid non-free
