recently I tried reinstalling deluge from 1.1.9 to upgrade it finally and it wont do it it keeps saying

or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.

help me please I want to get back to downloading torrents via deluge...

nevermind I just installed 1.3.0_rc2 from source and TA-DA it works
