Hi, i just installed ubuntu on my sony FW series for the first time,

the first impression was it was great to have all the effects on and enjoy them
the second was that it was unbelievably slow :P the first operating system ever that i could not multitask :[[[ i even installed the ATI driver for my graphic card (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650), still, no luck. but this is not the problem, i can use it for internet anyway :D

currently i set this up so that if i push and hold on the "window key (Super Key, as it states)" i can click anywhere on the window that is currently open and drag along the screen freely.
and THAT IS BEAUTIFUL.. amazing wobbly effects

but the question is,

is there any way that
if i push and hold a key, just like the effect above, and click and drag my mouse that will allow me to scroll down and up?
just like 'hand motion' in Adobe PDF Reader.

Thanks for reading, im enjoying ubuntu, at the moment :)
Only if it can be faster would be lovely though ;)
