Unfortunately no solution was found, after long time trouble investigation. Just asking your help friends.
I have 10.04 LTS installes on LENOVO R61 and all is fine with sound, but external microphone doesnt work properly. Voice in microphones playback you can hear like loud background with squicking noice. In version 9.04 microphone worked fine on the machine with alsa except current version 10.04 .

Mixer: mixing up mic input more upper, you can hear backround noise more louder. External microphone device was tested (it works fine plugged to second machine with windows).
Without positive result any pulseaudio unintall and alsa reinstal.
