This has been all over the news lately.

I have to say a bit about the freedom of speech in America. It is highly abused. Especially by people who try to say things negatively. I am not against free speech, and if I were there that day, I probably would have just said "Oh, another one of those guys..." and walked on by, and that is exercising my freedom of speech, to not give a crap.

Now, the controversy behind this video is that he was treated unfairly, and was denied his freedom of speech. After a little research, I found that the "State Fair" is on private property, and is not maintained or funded by the State of Alaska.

What it seems to boil down to, is if you are on private property, and are asked to leave, you need to go. Security held him in place until the police arrived.

This is my little opinion of the matter. Watch the video, what do you think?
