A couple episodes back, during a discussion of Android tablets, I think it was Popey who mentioned he once had a convertible tablet and the drivers for the electronic pen interface were in the Ubuntu repos. I recently acquired have a Compaq/HP TC-1000 tablet with and electromechanical pen interface and 1Ghz Transmetia CPU. I remember this thing was dog slow running XP, I want to see how Linux does. I'm not the first one to think of this, I've found a couple drivers written for Gentoo that could be adapted and one post implied there is native support for the pen interface in Fedora. The Lucid live CD did not automatically recognize the pen. If indeed Popey had a similar Compaq tablet, I was wondering if he could tell me what I had to do to get the pen driver working. Thanks
