cairo dock

hello all i was on youtube looking and this video and i would really like to get this dock

Its says cairo dock is installed (no open gl ) on my computer

does any1 know how i can get my dog to look like this

You should have the option to switch between (open gl ) or (no open gl ) both options should appear on your menu.
Open gl has the fire on screen option , but you have to set the visual effects to extra in appearance preferences.

No only 1 option and yes i have enabled the visual effects .

Something may be wrong then because here a screen shot of my main menu with both options .
