Hello,

I would like to hang on a wall a thin PC with a touchscreen, sort of IPAD would be perfect, for something similar to that at first code :

IPAD is very expensive, starting from 499 Euros

A touchscreen + ethernet + any cpu would be great. Is there a cheap price alternative to IPAD ?

here is manual how it works under windows:

there are :

- Shuttle X50V2 Intel® Dual-Atom inkl. 15,6" Touchscreen of about 400 Euros
- shuttle barebones: about >500 euros
- Or there is a Eee PC T91 1GB, of 1kilo, for about 200-250 Euros...
- PMG Touch Screen Computer
- google android tablet: http://www.hack2learn.org/google-plant-android-tablet ( <= it has not Ethernet port !!)
- expensive alternative: http://www.toughbook.eu/products-and-services/mobile-clinical-assistant/cf-h1

maybe can ubuntu be installed on it...

A netbook... far more functional and half the price of an IPad.

Or even a low end notebook. iPads are expensive.

Yea cheaper notebook or netbook. Anything besides paying $500 for a oversized Ipod.
