upgrade problems with broken packages

Hello, I have 2 broken packages and dont know how to fix them. Updates wont work and I was trying to get Virtualbox on my system.

I tried some fixes I read on the net, but im new to this Linux thing. Any ideas, here is the Terminal readout:

This looks like a machine which has been upgraded. Doing a clean install of 10.04 is a safer approach.

If you want to try to solve the problem given the present setup, removing all references to older versions in sources.list is the first step.
