Hello all, once again I 'll have to ask for help...
The need arose to install MS Office 2007 on my Lynx - I am actually using a server x86 install with a desktop. Although MS Office installed fine in general through Wine, I seem to have a problem with Access in particular. It simply won't run (unlike Excell or Word etc.)
I get this runtime error:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\MSACCESS.EXE
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."
Murphy's Law seems to work fine though, since the main reason for installing Office 2007 was mostly to have an Access installation. :-)
So, where do I go from here? How do I solve this runtime error to make Access run properly on my Ubuntu?
