banshee youtube plugin not working

I'm currently giving banshee a try and noticed it has a youtube plugin.
I played lots of different songs and they all bring up results but clicking on the result does nothing.
Clicking the little arrow and selecting play in banshee does nothing.
Selecting open in browser sends me to the page but the video doesn't play, just a black box where the video should be.

If I do a search in the browser and find the same vid it plays fine.

Turns out some vids DO play if selected to play in browser but I want the vids to play in banshee or it's pointless.

Same problem here, i can play all videos from youtube in browser but not in banshee.
anyone knows how to fix that ?

I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 + KDE 4.5

A fix or some kind of acknowledgment from someone savvier would be nice.

same problem

1. install plugin: edit - preferences - extensions - context pane - youtube
2. activate context pane: view - context pane
3. play video: video drop down menu - play in youtube - nothing happens
