Hi. I have a webserver set up by this tutorial. (http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-ubuntu-10.04-lucid-lynx-ispconfig-3-p3)

I only followed the bits i needed as it is a remote server and i installed ubuntu 10.04 server edition via my providers client panel and it come set up with ssh etc. It all seems well but theres a couple of things i cant seem to sort out.

Firstly when i had a hosted package to run my forum on i could ftp a file up to a folder on the site and then using flash ftp copy the file url and add it to a post with http and then anyone clicking that link could download it directly. I can't do this at present. I get an error on my desktop pc.

I want to be able to host the maps i make for a online game and have people download them directly from my server. Is there something i need to install to make this happen? I have chrooted all the folders etc but can't get it to work.

The next is, by default my server is configured with ubuntu taking up what appears to be a 10 gig partition but my home folder etc can expand to remaining 1T hdd. Ispconfig installed my site to the www folder that seems bound by the 10 gig limit?

I would really like to expand that without having to start over as i have done a lot with my forum and it would take ages tho theres not many members at present. Is there anyway to expand this area and not lose data or is it all ok and im just not understanding something?

Thanks for any replys =ChAoS=
