Screenlets don't work after upgrade

I recently upgraded from 08.04 to 10.04 and the Screenlets no longer work. I've completely removed it and reinstalled it but still no luck. When I click Screenlets from the Applications --> Accessories menu, the Screenlets show up in the task bar for about 15 seconds and then disappear, but the Screenlets do not come up? Any ideas of what's going on?
