Hey everybody,

I have a question, what's a really good Bash scripting tutorial? I have been learning from the tutorial http://www.linuxcommand.org/writing_shell_scripts.php but I finished that one and I am looking for another. Thank you in advance, I appreciate it!

If you enjoyed that one by William Shotts Jr., here is his book on the subject. http://linuxcommand.org/tlcl.php

Enjoy!

Thank you so much! I really really loved the tutorial but it was just to "not in detail", so thank you!

This one is pretty good:

...and check out all the examples at the bottom.

If you want detail, read the man page =)

Sorry, but from the request for more detail, the man page comes to mind.

You will learn a ton from it.

If you want something similar, take a look at something such as:

http://www.faqs.org/docs/Linux-HOWTO/Bash-Prog-Intro-HOWTO.html

http://www.gnu.org/software/bash/manual/bashref.html
