Hi,
Right click on your panel, then select "Panel Options" then select "Add Widgets".

Now when that window full of widgets pops up, look for and double-click on the following to add them to the panel: Digital Clock, System Tray, and Notifications. The sound icon should be a part of the System Tray.

Once they are added to the panel, close that widget window by clicking on the tiny red X on the right.

Next comes the tricky part. Moving them. Right click on the panel again, then select "Panel Options", then select "Panel Settings". Now go to the widgets you just added to the panel and drag them left and right across the panel.

Once you get them right where you want them, close the panel settings window. Now lock them (highly recommended for every KDE user) by right clicking on the panel again and selecting "Panel Options" and then "Lock Widgets".
Hope that helps.
