What would you like to see in ubuntu 10.10 ?

I would like to see working out of the box :

Acl 1200 and ati hdmi
ati graphic cards
udev without issues
network plug and play
working flash being able watching hd clips
recovery mode without backing up 40gb of data. Something like in windows if there is a crash u just put dvd and recover everything or use recovery point

this are my main issues with ubuntu

- nice theme for grub
- mac os like fonts
- system services management graphical interface
- nicer gnome cards game (AisleRiot)
- more features for gedit

Seeing how everything is now frozen, except for some rather onerus exception rules, isn't this about 5 or 6 months late?

This would be a better question for 12.04 at this point.

Sometime in the future I would like to see a small consolidated control center replacing the system menu.

A root user and more configurability by default. I mean, I should not have to use minimal cli install to be able to easily configure everything. Ease should not be the opposite of configurability.
