hi friends,
recently i shifted to Ubuntu.I been using US patent and trademark site in windows.but after shifting to Ubuntu I'm unable to view the images as it is asking for additional plug ins required for it.any help is appreciated

Are you helping a particular American company finding so-called patent violations in Ubuntu? :-)

The best option is to use is to use http://www.google.com/patents or one of the other patent search sites as they provide PDF versions of the original patents.

If you need to view USPTO images, then you can use the TIFF plugin.
http://vinay.in/mozilla-tiff-plugin/
The biggest problem I have with this is that the USPTO only shows one page at a time and the plugin doesn't support printing.

hai morgaes,
it's been very difficult to me to analyse pdf by viewing images at the top and description at the bottom.so please help me if you know,how to open the images as it is not clearly showing the missing pluggins.
