including a program in start menu

I am having an exe which I use in Windows.
I run it in Wine in Ubuntu.Is it possible to include this in Start Menu i.e. in any one of
Application,Places,System.

As you probably know, the Start menu is a Windows thing, not present in Ubuntu. For editing the menu, open System->Preferences>Main-Menu.

I am not referring to Windows start menu.
Any how the file I have is always in Windows partition do I need to edit fstab to be able to always have it mounted so that wine can run it and I add this to Main Menu.
