Hi all,

I have a quick question, as I can't seemn to find the answer by googling.

NTFS support has come a long way in the last few years, to the point that by default we now have write support.

Is Linux able to use NTFS owership and permissions yet?

In other words, can I use chown and chmod on a mounted NTFS file system and have the system obey ownership and permissions? Are there any limitations or special instructions required to do this?

Thanks,
Matt
