Whenever I update I get this message

GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net lucid Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 10975893E549B1ACFailed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/c-korn/vlc/ubuntu/dists/lucid/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

How can i go about fixing these? Is there a site I can find the proper ppa's & keys?

Also, in ubuntu tweak I enabled the xorg repo and did my new updates and saw it installed Nvidia & intel software, I have an ati vid card along with an amd processor, will this cause a conflict? Can I safely remove them?

Thanks in advance.
