I'm using Linux for the first time. I'm a complete newbie.

I wanted to know how can I create a live CD with excluding specific softwares which come by default in ubuntu and add some spcific softwares so that I don't have to download and install them again and again.

I need to include gimp, netbeans, eclipse, quanta plus, LAMP server by default and a few more. Also, need to provide some custom settings. I've to install it in almost 50 machines.

Also, need to remove Password and Encryption Keys and all social and chat clients which come by default in Ubuntu.

I tried https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization but I was not able to understand it. Please help.
