I grabbed Adobe AIR today, but it did not have 64-bit packages, or source. It claimed that you could install getlib(?), then force it to install with dpkg --force-arcitecture.
I did so, and it runs fine.
Now, the Update Manager says that it cannot do a full upgrade. When I allow it to do a partial upgrade, it attempts to delete com.destroytoday.destroytwitter (the app I need AIR for.)
Bottom line: Can I stop the Update Manager from removing this package?
I can provide screenshots or logfiles on request.
