Ok, this is not a flame thread, nor did I want to take thread about EU vs MS offtopic.
I found a very interesting article (linked off groklaw), although it's from 5 years ago, it illustrates some of Microsoft's tactics that people may not be aware of.

Lobbying, bribing, astroturfing, etc.
My point is they make more than software and xboxes... I don't know about you, but I was really unaware of much of this (at least in specifics.) If anyone has more current information about stuff like this, please post.
