I've tried following these two sites's methods for the MySQL Password thing:

AND
http://www.howtoforge.com/ubuntu_debian_lamp_server
Here's what I got when I tried it through the terminal as it says to do on the site:

And when I tried all the other commands within both tutorials it didn't work either.
What do I do, because I don't want to have to use Windows 7 for Web Development purposes, meaning I don't want to have to switch back and forth between the two.
I use Ubuntu for everything but web development, because I can't fix the MySQL Password parts.
